About the app
This is not another app asking you to track feedings, symptoms, weight, milestones, or one more thing on your already-full plate.
My Postpartum Pal gives you a supportive companion you can talk to whenever you need one.
Come here when you need to vent. When you need encouragement. When something wonderful happened and you want someone to celebrate with you. When you do not feel like talking at all. Or when you simply need somewhere to put what you are feeling.
You can even give your Pal a name and make the experience feel more personal.
We reviewed 30+ postpartum apps. Most asked moms to track something, manage something, or pay for something. So we built something different.
No fee. No baby, feeding, symptom, or milestone tracking. No perfect postpartum experience to achieve.Just a warm place to land.

Just what I needed! Makes me feel a bit of comfort in the moments knowing I have a “pal” while I’m in this postpartum space!
Having an outlet to express how I’m feeling or to just remind me that I’m a person still and help me reset is so refreshing. The ability to go and review how I’ve been feeling over the days and weeks and notice how I’ve coped is an advantageous tool.
It’s such a thoughtful and needed resource for new moms. After having a baby, there are so many emotions, questions, and moments when you simply need somewhere to turn. Having a source you can talk to, feel supported by, and not feel…
What you can do
You don't have to know exactly what you need. Start with the door that feels closest.

About the creator
I’m Kenya Jackson-Saulters — an author, wellness educator, facilitator, entrepreneur, and mom.
My road to motherhood wasn’t simple. It included IVF, pregnancy after loss, a C-section, and postpartum preeclampsia that landed me back in the hospital after giving birth. And then there was everything that came after: the physical recovery, emotional shifts, exhaustion, worry, middle-of-the-night thoughts, and enormous adjustment of becoming someone’s mother.
During those early postpartum days, some of the things that helped me most weren’t complicated.
They were conversations.
Texts with friends late at night. Someone reminding me that I could say what I was actually thinking. A place to put the feelings that didn’t need to become a diagnosis, a journal entry, a symptom to track, or another task on an already impossible to-do list.
That experience became the heart of My Postpartum Pal.
I wanted to create something that feels less like another motherhood app and more like having a caring friend in your pocket — someone you can talk to when the house is quiet, the baby is finally asleep (or definitely not asleep), and your brain has decided that now is the perfect time to process your entire life.
My work has centered on emotional wellness, connection, reflection, community, and helping people care for themselves for more than a decade. I’m the creator and co-founder of wellness initiatives that have reached thousands of people, a longtime facilitator and consultant, a TEDx speaker and coach, and an author published by Chronicle Books.
My Nature Meditations deck has sold more than 70,000 copies, and my newest work for mothers, the New Mamas Deck, will be published by Chronicle Books in 2027. My work has also been featured in The New York Times, National Geographic, and Forbes, and I’ve spent years creating wellness experiences and resources in partnership with organizations and communities across the country.
But My Postpartum Pal isn’t here because I have an impressive résumé.
It’s here because I remember being awake in the middle of the night as a new mom.
I remember needing somewhere to put all of it.
And I thought other moms might need that place, too.
So I made you a pal.
— Kenya (babygirls' mama)
