My Postpartum Pal is a postpartum emotional-support app that provides general companionship, encouragement, and wellness information. It is designed to feel like a supportive friend — a place to talk, vent, celebrate, or simply be heard during the postpartum season.

You agree to use the service respectfully and lawfully, and not to misuse it, attempt to harm it, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose. You are responsible for your interactions with the service.

My Postpartum Pal may use artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, or mental-health advice.

The service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency mental-health services, and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. Always consult a qualified professional regarding any health concerns.

My Postpartum Pal is not a crisis-response service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or believe you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away. If you are concerned about your physical or mental health after giving birth, contact your healthcare provider or a qualified mental-health professional.

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any decisions you make based on its content. You agree to use your judgment and seek appropriate professional care when needed.

The service, including its content, design, and branding, is owned by My Postpartum Pal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Postpartum Pal and its providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any reliance on AI-generated responses.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any such changes.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
